Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscription

TallyMCP is billed as a recurring monthly subscription, charged in advance at the start of each billing period through Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in a couple of clicks: open the Manage subscription link (also in our website footer), enter your email, and cancel there in the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and simply isn't renewed — you keep full access for the time you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Because billing is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, we generally do not provide refunds for the current or past billing periods, including for partial months of use. We will, however, review refund requests in good faith — if you were charged in error, were double-billed, or experienced a problem that prevented you from using the Service, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Free updates

Updates to the Service are included in your subscription at no additional cost while your subscription is active.
